Tartar sauce is a thick sauce usually served with fried seafood. It’s better if prepared several hours before you will be using it, but it can be used immediately.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 sprinkles of fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate, covered, for several hours (preferably, can be used immediately). Enjoy with any kind of seafood.
