Granny’s Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup celery, chopped fine
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1 (4 oz) jar chopped pimento, drained
- 3/4 cup salad dressing
- 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 3 to 4 boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 lbs cooked shrimp or crawfish, cut in halves
Directions
Step 1
Mix all together and serve with your favorite crackers. For variation add 4 to 5 cups of cooked macaroni.
