Vee’s Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1-2 cups seasoned salad croutons (see directions)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 oz sliced bacon
- 3 jalapenos, diced (optional)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp horseradish (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Using seasoned salad croutons, crumble to form ¾ cup of breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together (jalapenos, Worcestershire and horseradish optional). Shape into a loaf and cover the top and sides of the loaf with bacon slices.
Step 3
In a shallow baking pan, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
