Add the peaches, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Mix in brown sugar, vanilla and brandy; simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until peaches are soft and sauce has darkened
If recipe is frozen, thaw, separate peaches from juices. Reheat to thicken the juice; add back the peaches.
