Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups pecan or peanuts
Directions
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Reduce heat and continue cooking until the sugar melts again and turns brown.
Step 3
Pour onto a cookie sheet and spread. Cool and then separate nuts from mixture using a slotted spoon. Store in a closed container.
