If you like coconut then this cake is for you. The sour cream gives a taste twist.
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (16 oz) tub sour cream large
- 2 cups sugar
- 18 ounces frozen coconut
Directions
Step 1
Allow the coconut to thaw. Bake White cake mix for a two-layer cake according to directions and let cool.
Step 2
No Cook Icing: In a mixing bowl, add the sour cream, sugar and 12 oz of the coconut and mix well. Cover cool layers of cake with icing and pat on remaining coconut. Let sit before cutting cake.
