Rinse shrimp and pat dry with paper towel and set aside. Prepare your favorite pasta.
After tipping the string beans, add the beans and one tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and cook on medium heat for five minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for an additional three minutes.
Add the tomatoes and cook for another minute.
Add the garlic powder and seasonings.
For the sauce, whisk together the remaining two tablespoon of oil, lemon rind, lemon juice and the capers. Pour over shrimp mixture
Serve over pasta.
