These cookies are the famous crunchy sugar dusted nut balls found at holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup confection sugar
- 2 1/4 cup sifted Gold Medal flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
Directions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Form into one inch balls and bake at 400 degrees for 14 to 17 minutes until light golden brown.
Step 2
After baking when the cookie is hot cool, roll in powdered sugar. Once the cookie cools completely roll again in the powdered sugar.
Step 3
Store in an air tight container.
