A great way to turn leftover rice into a quick dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together; pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
