Preheat oven to 375degrees.
In a large bowl, using a pastry blender or large fork, blend together Bisquick mix and 4 tablespoon butter. Mix in by hand the cheese, milk, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and parsley flakes. Be careful not to over mix; mixture will look mealy.
Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees approximately 15 minutes or until light brown. Five minutes before the biscuits are done, melt 2 tablespoons butter mixed with ½ teaspoon garlic powder and brush over each biscuit.
