Simple and Good – Kids love it!
Drain 1/2 of the juice from the can of sweet potatoes and discard. Place the remainder in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter.
Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top.
Sprinkle with the red hot candies and cover with marshmallows.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit Yummy!
