Here is a recipe for a quick quick spaghetti sauce with great Cajun flavor. Add your favorite meat, chicken or shrimp and add spaghetti.
In a medium saucepan add the oil and sauté the onion, bell pepper, and celery until wilted.
Add the roux to the mixture until heated thoroughly; add the jar of spaghetti sauce to the mixture.
