Pineapple Cream Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz) packages of lemon jello
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Step 1

In a medium to large glass bowl, dissolve jello in hot water. Cool slightly, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2

Pour into a 1 ½ quart mold, sprayed with pam. Let stand overnight.

Invert onto a serving platter and decorate as you wish. Putting a piece of lettuce under the mold as a decorative garnish works well.
