As most of us are watching how we eat, when it comes to frying I have learned to experiment with different ways to fix our favorite foods. This dish is really good and so much leaner than the old stand by method.
Mix the egg, mayonnaise and mustard thoroughly.
Add the shrimp, seasoning and Tabasco. Marinate for an hour or so.
Mix equal parts of fish fry and breadcrumbs.
Cover a cookie sheet with foil then spray with Pam. Dip the shrimp in the mixture and put on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
