In a medium to large glass bowl, crumble the wafers fine. Cut the dates, nuts and cherries in half. Mix all together.
Stir in the coconut and marshmallows. Add the condensed milk and mix well.
Roll out into a small roll, wrap in saran wrap. Place in the icebox to firm up. The longer it sits, the better it is.
Slice when ready to serve. You could also press into a container, cool to firm and cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
