So first you need to put the mint leaves in the mixing glass, at the bottom. Put 2 teaspoons of sugar on top. Muddle it, just to get the oil aroma of the mint and sugar mixing together. Mix in the Bourbon A cocktail shaker works really well for this recipe. Add the mint leaves at the bottom of the shaker and pour 2 tsp sugar over the leaves. Take a pestle and grind the mint leaves into the sugar. Add the bourbon, the ice and shake it. .After shaking pour the mixture in a straight glass full of ice. Garnish with mint leaves.
