This recipe calls for corn flakes, but I have made with any other left over cereal I had in my pantry.
Over medium heat, bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Stir in peanut butter.
Remove from heat and pour over cornflakes.
Mix well, then pack into a 9x13 cake pan that has been greased with butter. Melt butterscotch chips in microwave and spread evenly on top of cereal mixtures.
Cool completely and cut into bars.
