Mix together the first three ingredients - margarine, flour, and powdered sugar
Pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13" greased pan and bake for 20 minutes in a 350° oven
While this is baking, mix the next four ingredients together
Pour the mixture over crust and put back in oven
Lower the temperature to 325° and bake for 30 minutes
After baking and still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar
Cut in squares when cool - Enjoy~
