A classic schoolhouse cookie recipe.
Mix together butter, powdered sugar, and flour until crumbly. Pat dough down in a 18x26 pan. Prick holes in the dough with a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a very light brown.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar and flour. Gradually add the lemon juice. Mix well and pour over the hot crust.
Return to the 350 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot. Cut and serve!
