CAKE - Mix and combine the cake mix, can pineapple, eggs and oil. Pour into a sheet pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Just before the cake is done make your topping.
Topping - Combine milk, butter & sugar; melt in a sauce pan and bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and add pecans and coconut. Mix in the pudding mix, cream cheese and cool whip together; pour over cake, then spread the drained pineapple over that. You can also add coconut over the pineapple if you wish.
