Leftover baked ham? This recipe is a simple and yummy way to use it.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ground ham (baked, preferably)
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp horseradish (optional)
- Black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Using a food processor, grind up the ham.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients well, including the ham, and refrigerate in a closed container.
Step 3
Serve with bread in a sandwich; for extra taste add a slice of Swiss Cheese.
