Green Rice

An excellent, low-fat dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice, raw
- 2/3 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup green onion tops
- 1/2 cup parsley, minced
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tbsp red pepper
- 2 cups beef or chicken bouillon or 2 cups water and 6 bouillon cubes
Directions
Step 1
Put all ingredients together into a pot or rice cooker.
Step 2
Cover and cook 30 minutes, or until rice is done.
