Ingredients
Cook rice. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
After rice is cooked add the carrots. Combine with the remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese.
Place in a well-greased or oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.
