Ingredients
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Add the flour and milk to the flour mixture. Combine well with the shortening mixture from the step above.
Mix in the pecans, dates and fruits.
Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
