Cream eggs, sugar and butter. Add flour, one cup at a time. Blend in the baking powder, figs, nuts, raisins, and soda. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at cake temperature (350 to 400) for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Mmm I can smell it now!
