Home made jam for diabetics.
Warm applesauce in saucepan until hot but don't let it boil. When the applesauce is warm enough, add 2 packages of your favorite jello. Stir until well blended.
After it is well blended, remove from heat and let cool. Once the mixture has cooled pour into jars.
Then enjoy fat free, sugar free jam. Remember to refrigerate jars after opening.
