Mix together eggs, sweet potatoes, butter, white granulated sugar and vanilla. Place in a 9x14 dish and set aside.
Mix together the light brown sugar, butter, flour and chopped pecans. For a thicker topping, double recipe. Layer this on top of first half of recipe in the dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
