Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter with honey. Remove from heat. Slowly add the eggs and lemon juice and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Then add this to the egg-honey mixture. Add the chopped fruit and pecans to the batter. The batter will be stiff.
Pour into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
