Slowly add the milk to make a cream sauce.
Add the seasonings and crab meat. Mix well. Add the chopped eggs.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about two hours; then shape into small balls. Roll in cracker crumbs and deep-fry in oil until golden brown. Serves two.
