Once soft, add the crabmeat or shrimp. If using crawfish, simmer while frozen and cook until thawed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add mushroom soup and more seasoning if needed.
Cook for 15 minutes more on medium, stirring often to prevent scorching. Serve with your favorite cracker.
