A wonderful, quick and easy corn dish.
Preheat oven for 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sauté onions, peppers, and celery in the butter or margarine. Remove from heat after vegetables are soft and mix in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Add red pepper to taste but no salt.
Pour into a 2 or 3 quart casserole dish, sprinkle the grated cheese on top, cover and bake until the cheese is melted, approximately 20 minutes.
