Combine cracker crumbs and butter; reserving half for topping.
Combine broccoli, both corn and remaining crumbs.
Transfer to a greased two quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown.
