Melt butter then add cake mix and one egg. Mix together until it forms a dough.
Press dough out in the bottom and sides of a 9x13 pan.
Now mix the other four eggs, cream cheese, and box of confection sugar together with a hand held mixer. Once all is mixed well, pour into the pan on top of the dough. Sprinkle top with pecan pieces.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
