Boil shrimp in seasoned water (about 2 minutes after water is boiling) and drain. Boil pasta, drain and set aside.
Peel cucumbers and cut in small pieces. Clean and cut up celery in small slices and cube the tomatoes. Prepare Ranch Dressing according to package directions.
Add shrimp, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes to pasta and mix, then add mayo, and the prepared Ranch Dressing. Season to taste and refrigerate for about 2 hours so all the flavors can set.
