This is a very rich, yummy dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 rolls chocolate chip ready to bake cookies
Directions
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Put aside.
Step 2
Grease a 13X9 inch pan. Slice one roll of cookies into cookies (uncooked).
Step 3
Put a layer of cookies into bottom of pan. Place the cream cheese mixture on top of this.
Step 4
Slice other roll of cookies and place sliced cookies on top of cream cheese mixture.
You should have 3 layers. Cookies on bottom, cream cheese mixture in middle and cookies on top.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until cookies start getting brown. Refrigerate when cool.
