Stir all ingredients except chocolate bars and paraffin. Mix well. Refrigerate for one hour.
Shape into small balls and refrigerate.
Melt chocolate bars with paraffin.
Stick a toothpick in the balls and dip in the mixture, let drip and place on the cake plate or rack.
Remove toothpick. Store in the cool dry place
