Caramel and Cinnamon Pecans

These wonderful tasting pecans were served at L. Simmons wedding. They were more than gracious to share this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pound pecans

Directions

Step 1

Cook in microwave - Melt butter in casserole dish. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add pecans, then cook 3 to 5 minutes more. Cool on wax paper. Store in a closed air-tight container.
