Cajun brownies are probably the easiest no fail brownie you can make. The topping added makes it a unique type of brownie.
Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 box 16 oz powdered sugar
- 1 stick 8 tbsp butter
Directions
Step 1
Put the yellow cake mix in a bowl. Add the melted butter and one egg to the mix. Mix together until it looks like dough.
Step 2
Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam cooking spray and spread the dough on the bottom.
Step 3
Microwave the cream cheese until it’s soft. In a separate bowl, add the cream cheese, 2 eggs and the vanilla and mix with a mixer until smooth. Slowly add the powdered sugar and mix with the mixer until all lumps are removed.
Step 4
Pour the mixture over the dough and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Cool and cut.
