Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Owen Country Sausage
  • 1 can Crescent Dinner rolls
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Step 1

Crumble sausage in a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally. Add onion and cook a few minutes until onion is wilted. Drain well.

Step 2

Line the bottom of a buttered 13x9x2-inch dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

Step 3

Combine remaining ingredients. Beat well and pour over sausage.

Step 4

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes.
