Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cream together butter, sugar, and egg. Add mashed banana, baking soda, water and flour.
Step 3
Pour into a well-oiled 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
