This is a nice way to spruce up your breakfast.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Melt margarine and pour in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate in the oven. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over margarine. Put apple slices on top of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Beat eggs slightly in a medium bowl with a wire whisk. Mix in other ingredients, do not overbeat.
Pour batter over apple slices. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until puffy and deep golden brown. Immediately loosen the edge of the pancake and turn upside down onto a serving plate.
