This recipe is a perfect use for fake crab meat.
Break up the crab meat in a large bowl.
Sauté the crawfish tails in a small amount of butter and add to the crab-meat.
Add in the half of the shredded cheese (reserve some for topping) and the cream of mushroom, and mix well.
Lightly grease casserole dish and pour the mixture into the dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the dish. Break the eggs in a small bowl, mix well and pour the eggs over the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
