Al’s Turkey Chili

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey meat
- 2 (16 oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, undrained
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 large chopped onion
- 6 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed garlic or 2 cloves
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 whole bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Directions
Step 1
On a stovetop in a medium pan add a tablespoon of oil, brown the ground turkey meat and drain excess oil.
To the turkey meat add all other ingredients except the peanut butter. Cook on a very low for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add the peanut butter in the last half hour of cooking.
